LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) - On Friday, Lynchburg Commonwealth's Attorney Mike Doucette announced the findings of a shooting at Lynchburg General Hospital.

In the report, the Commonwealth Attorney says he has no concerns about conflict of interest or from the Lynchburg Police Department investigation.

Police said in January a Centra security officer shot Jonathan Warner at the hospital after a struggle.

The Commonwealth Attorney says Gillespie was acting in self-defense, and that he knew everyone in the room was in danger should Warner have gotten the weapon.

Commonwealth Attorney says Warner has suffered enough.

Neither Gillespie nor Warner will be charged.

Doucette has been reviewing the case, and tells ABC 13 he asked 3 colleagues from state to independently review the facts and video from the shooting; he says each one reached the same conclusion.
