Police released new video of a dramatic armed robbery attempt at a DeKalb County business at the end of last month.

It happened April 24 around 3:30 p.m. at the PCI Pharmacy in the 3500 block of North Decatur Road. According to police records, three women walked into the pharmacy, they chatted with the manager before pulling a gun on him.

The video shows one of the women spraying him in the face with mace and that's when the manager goes for their gun, grabbing it out of the crook’s hands. The group then runs off leaving the scene in what police describe as a silver or gray older model sedan with damage to the front right fender.

The manager was treated at the scene for the mace but he was not seriously injured.

Police said this is the second time five months that business has been robbed.

Investigators were able to pull a serial number off the handgun used in the attempted robbery.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the DeKalb County Police.
