WVTM 13 has obtained surveillance footage of an argument turned fatal shooting at a Birmingham gas station on Friday.In the video above, you can see a man in a black shirt arguing with someone behind the counter. During the heated exchange, you can see him holding what appears to be a gun. He then puts it back in his pocket and approaches the counter.After a few seconds you see the person behind the counter spray the man with a liquid, likely some form of pepper spray.The man quickly ducks and turns away. He appears to pull an object from his pocket or waist, then you see him clutch his body as the sound of gunshots ring out. After struggling to find the door, the man finally runs out of the store. He died a short time later.No word yet if any charges will be filed.Do you think the employee was justified in shooting the man?
