Police said the business owner forced him out and that's when he got onto a metro bus, where he started yelling at the driver and grabbed a fire extinguisher.The bus was evacuated and police officer Heather Lane got on with her gun drawn, the video shows. Chavez can be seen trying to throw the fire extinguisher at her before trying to take her gun.Chavez and Lane got into an altercation and were on the floor in a matter of seconds when officer Daniel Carli got on the bus. He fired one shot and killed Chavez.No bystanders were hurt in the incident.The officers have been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation.
