ROSETTENVILLE – A Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) officer has been shot dead in Rosettenville Junction, corner Geranium and Main Street, Rosettenville on Monday afternoon, July 27.
Three suspects were involved and the police officer was allegedly shot in his upper body and died on the scene. His body is still inside the shopping centre.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area as the streets around Rosettenville Junction are congested.
